London Nutritionist Steve Hines shares part 8 of his food myths series on fruit juice. Fruit juice is junk food! it’s processed sugar water and research has shown that it leads to diabetes. Now if you juice your own carrots and beetroot then that’s not so bad, and in fact pomegranate juice has been shown to lower blood pressure so there are always exceptions to the rule, but 95% of store bought apple and orrange juice are junk food.
