Body fat measurement

The most accurate ways to measure body fat is by using imaging techniques such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or Dual-energy X-ray absorbtiometry (DEXA) scans. However these methods are expensive, time consuming and impractical for clinicians such as doctors and nutritional therapists to use in clinic.
